About this work
The scene is divided horizontally into two parts; in the upper part stands a man with an ape-like face at a building; in the lower part two women are engaged in a fight, flanked by two shocked onlookers. The scene is framed by narrow lines in black, red, and blue; the unadorned border is strongly discolored; the sheet is damaged in places.
