Evening gown of black faille with black tulle. Fitted bustier with deep V-neck and bare back. Long, draped skirt with scalloped hem. Design February 1939. In the bottom right corner a swatch of black faille and a swatch of black tulle sewn onto the paper with bright blue thread. Annotation: yet these appliqués. Price: 4,500 francs.
