About this work
Evening gown with bodice of chestnut-brown satin and skirt of same satin and chestnut-brown faille. Tight-fitting bodice with tulip-shaped half-length sleeves. Bell-shaped skirt with belt that ends in a large bow at the back. In the top left corner a swatch of satin and a swatch of faille sewn onto the paper with bright blue thread. Price: 3,500 frs.
