Evening dress of black crêpe and embroidered white organdy. Open bodice with half-length sleeves and flounces on the shoulders and back panels. Includes a straight front panel with white embroidered white organdy. Skirt with a wide waistband and a straight-falling bell-shaped skirt with a scalloped hem.
