Three ermines in different pelts. Numbered 30 in the upper right. Below the drawing, a pasted print of a mongoose (Mangouste). Part of the first album of drawings of quadrupeds. First of twelve albums of drawings of animals, birds, and plants known around 1600, made on commission of Emperor Rudolf II. With commentary in Dutch, Latin, and French.
