Dromedary or one-humped camel. Numbered top right: 8. Top left two-line inscription in Latin. Part of the second album with drawings of quadrupeds. Second of twelve albums with drawings of animals, birds and plants known around 1600, made on commission of Emperor Rudolf II. With explanations in Dutch, Latin and French.
