Fox, possibly a grey fox. Numbered in the upper right: 1. Marked with a red star in the upper left. Names in three languages in the upper right. Part of the second album of drawings of quadrupeds. Second of twelve albums of drawings of animals, birds and plants known around 1600, made on commission of Emperor Rudolf II. With explanations in Dutch, Latin and French.
