Portrait of Cornelis van Aerssen, Lord of Sommelsdijk, colonel in the cavalry. Hip-length, standing in armor with the marshal's baton in the right hand. To the right a landscape. In the upper left the Van Aerssen / Wernhout family coat of arms, surrounded by the chain and medal of the Order of St. Michael, below it a banner with inscription.
