Scenes from the life of Saint Elizabeth of Hungary. To the right in the foreground the engagement with Duke Louis of Thuringia and Hesse in the garden. To the left the wedding feast at the Wartburg attended also by King Andrew, the father of the bride, and the mother of the groom. Three musicians with flutes and a trumpet play music at the feast. In the background a landscape with castles and the buildings of a city. Elizabeth, accompanied by two maids Gutha and Isentrudis, promises obedience and chastity to her spiritual leader Conrad of Marburg. Inside of the left panel, part of two panels, painted on both sides with scenes from the life of Saint Elizabeth of Hungary (1207-31) and the Saint Elizabeth Flood 18-19 November 1421 (SK-A-3145/46 en SK-A-3147A/B).
