Allegory on the death of William V, Prince of Orange, 1806. The Dutch Maiden stands mourning at the prince's grave. She is comforted by an angel. On the grave stands a portrait bust; two putti carry the coat of arms. On the right, the Dutch Lion, sleeping on broken weapons.
