Memorial table of Jacob Jan van Assendelft (1396–1478) and his wife Haesgen van Outshoorn (died 1471). In the center, enthroned Mary with child. On the left, the kneeling founder with seven sons and the saints Barbara and Damianus. On the right, the kneeling foundress with three daughters and the saints Cosmas and Catharina. Bottom left and right, the family coats of arms.
