Flowerpot with cranes, shishi, hoo-bird and lotur scrolls

Porcelain flower pot, painted in underglaze blue and on the glaze red, green, black and gold. On the outer wall three scalloped cartouches with two cranes by a pine tree, a phoenix above a tree and one with a shishi (lion dog) by a peony. Around the cartouches leaf vines interrupted by two opposite compartments from the rim and foot with lotus vines and a half flower rosette. Around the foot a band with petal-shaped compartments with flower branches; on the outer rim a band with lotus vines. The inner rim with a band of half flower rosettes. In the bottom a hole, stopped with a cork. Two cracks in the wall restored with two staples. Imari.
