Saucer with the arms of the Edwards family

Porcelain plate, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, black and gold. On the flat the coat of arms of the Edwards family with a blue lion on a white background with black characters; in the left corner a field with an eagle. The crest is also a blue lion, surrounded by acanthus leaves. Under the coat of arms a scroll with the inscription 'IN CAELO QUIES', 'rest comes in heaven'. On the inner rim a spearhead border. Old label on the underside with 'Edwards of Iyrington, Norfolk'. Several chips in the rim of the plate. Coat of arms porcelain with enamel colors.
