About this work

Bell-shaped porcelain cup painted on the glaze in black and gold. On the cup are two European landscapes with trees and figures in an oval medallion; on the bottom a house among trees behind a hill. A crack in the wall of the cup. Possibly decorated in Europe. European representations in encre de Chine.
