About this work

Porcelain candlestick with a conical stem with nine ring-shaped thickenings and a cup-shaped candle holder with a ribbed body and lobed rim. Painted in underglaze blue. The ring-shaped knobs with blue bands. The cup with a continuous river landscape with pavilions, trees, rocks, and boats on the water. The stem has been broken. Blue and white.
