About this work
Oval porcelain stove with lobed rims, a rectangular opening at the front and pierced wall and top, painted in underglaze blue. On the wall twice a flower group behind a fence with rocks, once with a rooster on the rock, between them a pierced, lobed compartment with in the middle an oval cartouche with flower group; the top with the same pierced compartment and flower group, surrounded by a FitzHugh band with on the outer edge lacework; on the lower rim the same decoration; under the square opening a band with geometric motif with herein cut out a cartouche with flower branch. Forms together with BK-NM-6666 a set. Blue and white.
