Puzzle in an ivory openwork box with a sliding lid

Square box with a sliding lid. The lid is pierced and contains a large medallion with a lady lying on a bench, leaning with her upper body against a pile of books; next to her two servants. Inside and outside the medallion further floral scrolls. The sides are decorated twice with a dragon and twice with a flowering or fruit-bearing tree, in very shallow relief. The bottom with a group in a landscape in shallow relief. In the box seven pierced puzzle pieces.
