About this work
Porcelain dish, painted in underglaze blue and on the glaze in red and gold. On the flat surface a rosette of lotus scrolls. The wall with a band of lacework with a flower interrupted by flowering plants (lotus) in a cartouche. On the wall two peony branches and two plum branches with a book. Chinese Imari.
