Porcelain bowl with spreading wall, painted in underglaze blue and on the glaze red and gold. The outer wall of the bowl with eight flying cranes between clouds; below that a band with leaf scrolls. On the bottom a pomegranate branch in a medallion; around the medallion a band with leaf scrolls. On the inner rim a band with chrysanthemum scrolls. Marked on the underside with 'Kutani' in a rectangle. A chip in the rim. Kutani.
