Triple gourd-shaped bottle with brown glaze and flower scrolls

Bottle-shaped vase (knobbed bottle) of porcelain consisting of three spheres, long neck with thickening and spreading rim, covered with a café-au-lait glaze and painted in underglaze blue. The lower two spheres are covered with a brown glaze alternating with three cream-colored bands; on the upper sphere in blue three connected cartouches with flower scrolls in reserve; the neck with flower branches, butterflies and insects; the rim with a band with leaf motifs. Rim damaged. On the underside an old label with: Vrienden der Aziatische Kunst. Monochrome brown with blue-and-white.
