Baluster beaker vase with flower scrolls and panels in reserve

Baluster-shaped ewer of porcelain with trumpet-shaped mouth, painted in underglaze blue. The belly and neck are covered with underglaze blue with flower scrolls in reserve; here cut out two fan-shaped cartouches with two persons in a landscape and flower branches with a bird, between them two cut-out rectangular cartouches with a flying horse above waves and two deer under a tree in which a crane sits. On the neck two cut-out, lobed cartouches with flower basket and the other with antiquities (vase with peacock feathers, incense burner, books) and valuables (ruby, horn). Rim is restored. Blue and white.
