About this work

Octagonal jar of porcelain with handle, a globular body and indented corners, painted in underglaze blue. On the wall flowering lotus plants, a willow and two flowering branches on either side of the handle; the outside of the rim with four flowering branches; the inside of the rim with openwork and floral scrolls cut out in blue; on the handle a flowering branch. A chip in the rim. Blue and white.
