Vase with a continuous landscape with figures and moulded dragons and shishi

Large porcelain vase with a slightly globular body, long trumpet-shaped neck and flared, lobed rim. Painted on the glaze in blue, red, green, yellow, aubergine, black and gold. On the body a continuous landscape with various figures: a depiction of 'the three combined religions' with three figures around a large vase, one holding a bowl, the other making a rejecting gesture, next to them a servant with a bowl. The other side of the vase with Zhang Guolao, one of the Eight Immortals, with beside him a woman on his donkey; behind them a man with books, scrolls and a sword on a stick on his shoulders. On the neck two scenes: three boys playing with Budai and one of the Eight Immortals Lie Tieguai with a servant; between them twice a modeled shishi (lion dog) with a cub. The shoulder with a band of floral scrolls on red frogspawn interrupted by lobed cartouches with lucky objects. On the band four times a modeled, hornless dragon (chilong).
