About this work
Following a conflict, several Macedonian soldiers were driven away by Alexander the Great. They regret their actions and return to Alexander the Great to ask for forgiveness. The soldiers are depicted in various supplicating poses in Alexander the Great's tent camp. Numbered 46 in the upper right. Drawing forms part of an album.
