Isaac and Rebekah in Gerar

To the left of the image, God appears to Isaac and forbids him to go to Egypt. Isaac remained in Gerar. When the inhabitants of this city asked Isaac about his wife, he said she was his sister. To the right, Abimelech, king of the Philistines, looks out of the window of his palace and sees Isaac caressing Rebekah (Gen. 26:8). In the background, two people watch two ducks in the palace pond, and two people with a dog are talking to each other. On the palace roof, a bird's nest with young.
