Four women's heads in frames, with different hats. According to the accompanying text: Fig. 1: Hat with a wide brim of pink pleated taffeta, trimmed with a lace edge. Around the puffed crown of the hat a ribbon "au diadème". A bouquet of artificial flowers on the front and back of the hat. A veil of white gauze falls from the back to the back. Around the neck a fichu; wide-falling shoulder cape of black taffeta. Long gold earrings 'à la plaquette'. Fig. 2: Large hat of blue taffeta with a white lace brim. Around the crown a yellow-black ribbon 'au Diadème' forming two bows. Two feathers on the crown. A voile of white gauze is attached to the back of the hat. Pierrot of taffeta. Fichu with strips.
