A soldier, full-length, facing right, holding a musket (a specific type of firearm) with both hands horizontally, aiming and firing (no. 11), ca. 1600. Plate 11 in the instructions for handling the musket: Corte onderwysinghe op de figuerliicke afbeeldinghe, belanghende t'rechte ghebruyck des Roers.
