A soldier, full-length, facing right, carrying a spear (lance) on his right shoulder, the point angled towards the ground (no. 11), ca. 1600. His right hand around the spear. Plate 11 in the instructions for handling the spear: Corte onderwysinghe op de figuerliicke afbeeldinghe, belanghende t'recht ghebruyck, van al t'ghene een Soldaet int handelen vande Spies noodich is.
