True image of Mr. Quinquempoix. Portrait medallion of John Law as Mr. Quinquempoix above a brewing kettle in which coins are turned into shares. Cauldron with devils, owls, etc. Above the portrait the Folly with a crown of peacock feathers and holly leaves. Above this a banner with: Either Dung or King. This plate printed within a larger plate with title and verses in Dutch on both sides. Print in the bound first edition (304 B 10) of Het Groote Tafereel der Dwaasheid with satirical prints on the Wind Trade or Share Trading of 1720.
