True Image of Mr. Quinquempoix. Portrait medallion of John Law as Mr. Quinquempoix above a brewing cauldron in which coins are magically transformed into shares. Cauldron with devils, owls, etc. Above the portrait, Folly with a crown of peacock feathers and holly leaves. Above this, a scroll with: Either Dung or King. This plate printed within a larger plate with title and verses in Dutch on both sides. Print 37 in the series The Great Mirror of Folly with satirical prints on Wind Trading or Share Trading of 1720.
