About this work
A shopkeeper (with wig) of the Evangelical Brethren shows a needle case to a customer, a young woman from Alkmaar. The man belongs to the Evangelical Brethren (Herrnhuters) in Zeist. Part of the reduced copies from 1806 after the plates of Dutch costumes from the years 1803-1807.
