About this work
A farmer and farmeress from the village of Cromhout on their way to 's-Hertogenbosch. The girl carries a large basket on her arm, the boy a stick with a hare and a knapsack. Part of the reduced copies from 1807 of the plates of Dutch national costumes from the years 1803-1807.
