About this work

Box made of cardboard, covered in red morocco leather, elongated and rectangular, with a hinged lid having beveled edges. The leather is gilded à petits fers on all sides with palm-leaf, flower, vine, border, and star motifs in the style of Magnus, and marked underneath E.R. 1681. Dutch mark.
