Half-circular shawl of appliqué lace with garlands and radially arranged bouquets

Scarf of natural-colored appliqué lace: bobbin lace with some needle lace decorative stitches (mixed lace) applied on machine tulle ground. Semi-circular model. The large shells of the edge are alternately filled with cup flowers, hanging from festoons and large leaves and a flower. Radially spring large bouquets from symmetrical vines alternated by thin branches, among which between the vines small bouquets. Under the neck the pattern has five garlands among which five larger garlands hang bouquets and along the neck small cups. The tulle is between the motifs sown with ring-shaped knots. The motifs are made in loosely bobbin-woven linen stitch and net stitch and are provided with contour threads and thread bundles forming the relief contours. In many flower hearts needle lace decorative stitches are applied. The shell edges are finished with picots.
