Strip of natural-colored bobbin lace, Binche lace, with the pattern painted light blue and green, with some gold accents. The painting is not entirely finished. The strip is sewn with a few stitches to a strip with the same, but unpainted pattern. The pattern consists of feathered leaves, curved and curling, with a plume-shaped flower and a flower in the shape of a pine cone. The motifs are connected by an ornamental ground, a snowflake ground. The full work is largely made in linen stitch with openwork edges. Between some leaves and in the flowers a net stitch filling has been applied. The bottom of the strip is finished straight. The top is finished with a separately bobbin-edged band.
