About this work
Armchair of walnut. The furniture is upholstered, has scrolled legs, connected by an H-shaped cross and a top rail. The armrests rest on scrolled armrest supports. The free-standing rear stiles are scrolled. The elongated backboard is framed by volutes. Between the volutes on both sides a festoon, as well as on the underside. The top side is decorated with volutes and in the middle on a small pedestal with a naked genius holding a male and a female coat of arms.
