Linen damask tablecloth with the Plus Oultre pattern. Central field: a symmetric pattern repeated three times horizontally, featuring twice alternating Charles V and Philip II stacked above each other, surrounded by provincial coats of arms. Additionally, the scene with Philip II appears halved at the bottom. The scenes depict: 1 The two Pillars of Hercules under the imperial crown, with a text band reading: PLUS OULTRE, and the imperial orb. 2 An armored figure wearing an imperial crown and royal mantle, standing with legs apart, holding a sword with the point downward in both hands.
