About this work

Folding lectern of walnut. The support legs are rectangular in cross-section, tapering conically towards the bottom and connected at the intersections by a crossbar. At the top, the legs are also connected by crossbars decorated with an incised appliqué formed by a leaf motif flanked by turned volutes. At the top, the bars are connected by a piece of leather.
