Walnut cassone

Cassone of walnut decorated with intarsia on a profiled plinth. The front shows three square fields with intarsia panels, separated by Corinthian pilasters with candelabra motif. On the left panel a hilly landscape with a rider, on the center panel a building and an armed sentinel, and on the right panel a building with a hilly landscape; frames with bells and squares or braided bands in perspective. The sides show intarsia fields with two rabbits and wrought iron handles.
