Tapestry with a duck hunt. A kneeling hunter, dressed in red, fires a musket at a duck taking flight from a marsh with reeds on the left. On the right, on a rearing chestnut, sits a bearded hunter dressed in blue. Behind him, on the left, stand two men holding a duck. On the right, a female rider on horseback with a falcon on her hand. A lying dog guards a shot duck. The scene is viewed in a forest landscape with a view through the center and high trees on the sides, while the foreground is filled with large-leaved flowering plants, including rose, blackberry, chamomile, iris, some of which repeat. The tapestry is part of the series "English Hunts".
