He sits on a round elevation with his right foot placed backward and his left foot forward on a small, square elevation. He turns to the right, holding some pages of an open folio on his knee with his left hand and the other above it. The caricatured head has large eyes, a long, curved, crooked nose with a bump on it, a pointed chin, and an open mouth in which the tongue and teeth are visible. On his head is a wig with hair of various lengths, the longest of which hangs down to his back. He wears a short jacket over a buttoned-up waistcoat and a knotted cloth around his neck; short breeches, closed with a row of buttons at the knees, stockings twisted around the legs, and pointed low shoes with a bow.
