Napkin with putti, cornucopias, fruits, flowers and a flower basket

Linen damask napkin with depictions of putti, cornucopias, fruits, flowers, and a flower basket. While there are three axes of symmetry, the pattern in the center is complete, but next to the outer axes the repeat is halved. There are three groups of two putti each. 1 A pair of turned-away winged putti draped in loincloths float next to a dragonfly standing on the center line. They hold in their outer hand a volute-shaped end of a hanging twisted horn, under which are a pomegranate and melon (and for the matching napkins, grapes and hazelnuts); in the other hand they hold an upright horn with a rose, tiger lily, next to which is a bee and a large tulip. 2 A pair of turned-toward and leaning-back putti hold on their two raised hands such a horn with a large pomegranate, a cherry branch, and a currant branch.
