About this work
Fragment of white and silver silk damask. Pattern (incomplete): two thick flower heads or pomegranates intersect a whimsical, diagonally placed trunk. The bud or pomegranate has an equally open top, a twisted structure like a cornucopia, and is wreathed on the right outside by a cluster of berries.
