About this work

Fragment of a bodice of polychrome silk. Back and left front panel of a robe à l'anglaise. The front and back panels show a deep snip finish which is cut square. Fabric with cream ground with brocaded pattern; fine green vines with bouquets, blossom branches and flowers.
