About this work

Shirt of natural-colored batiste. The shirt is finished along the lower edge of the bodice and sleeves with wide borders of bobbin lace: Binche lace. A narrower gathered border of bobbin lace is sewn along the neckline. A figure of the Christ Child is depicted on the shirt.
