About this work
Strip of natural-coloured needle lace: Venetian rose point. Pattern with scrolls featuring C-scrolls and various flowers, without a repetitive motif. Irregular open ground with picoted spindles. Solid work with cut-outs and various ornamental grounds. The upper edge is finished with a straight border with a picoted zigzag line below. The lower edge is finished with a straight picot border with triangles and rosette flowers.
