About this work
Hat of black tulle and satin. Fairly high, round dome of tulle, over a satin foundation, stiff inner band, below this a small standing tulle brim, held in shape by a brass circle. From the same kind of tulle, gathered strips are laid on the brim. On the right a thick tuft of tulle is attached. With a black hatpin with a pea-shaped knob of straw.
