About this work
Tool for a needle lace motif in the form of double tailor's linen with green parchment sewn on. On the parchment, a decorative band has been made with white tracing threads featuring six rosette flowers in a row, each with six petals and set in a circle. Between the successive circles, always two dots stand. The work in progress looks like a bookmark, with a point at one end and a swallowtail at the other end. The rosette flowers and dots have already been filled with a variation of buttonhole stitches. Written on the parchment in pencil: "1,50".
