About this work

Part of a collar of natural-colored lace embroidery, cutwork on machine-made tulle. The cutwork pattern features a band with gimp and a horizontal flower branch alternating with a large three-lobed leaf with three flowers above it. In the point of the collar, the pattern has a pointed band with gimp. One short and one long side are finished with a festoon stitch. The upper side is finished with a hem. The other short side is not finished, but cut off.
