About this work

Dress for a baby or baptismal gown, of white batiste with embroidery, lace and Persian openwork. Ribbons tied from the side seams. Short puffed sleeves with scalloped embroidered edge. Collar with similar edge and trimmed with lace. Scalloped bands with embroidery extending from the shoulders over the back panel.
